I wish I could; the software stems from the Hacker News codebase, which has no such feature due to having no database. HN has been heavily critiqued for this over the years.

pg mentioned that it'd be possible to add an "alias" username, such that your name shows up scrambled, and that the links redirect to that. But, even that won't suffice entirely, since Laarc Search still has references to zge: https://search.laarc.io/?query=author:zge&sort=byPopularity&prefix&page=0&dateRange=... which uses Algolia, a different service.

If it's not possible, I don't mind, but it might lead to issues with european regulations someday.
